<aside> 💡 The LSESU Coding Society is LSE’s flagship programming society, with the main aim of making coding an enjoyable and enriching activity for all our members.

We recognise that coding and programming skills are becoming more valued by employers of all sectors in an increasingly data-driven world, and hope to support our members to harness the power of programming to improve our world.
We place inclusivity at the heart of who we are and everything we do. Recognising that learning to code can be daunting to complete beginners, our society organises weekly coding classes for students with no prior experience. Our mentorship program fosters collaboration, where all our members can develop dynamically, sharing insights and working together.
We strive to encourage improvement and exploration, especially through hands-on workshops hosted by industry specialists, and by organising speaker events and workshops. In the past, we’ve organised mini hackathons for our members to hone their problem-solving skills, to much success. We pride ourselves on our passion for what coding can create.
